Charlotte Crosby’s mansion with its own cinema is on the market for £1,400,000

Charlotte Crosby’s sprawling Sunderland mansion with a swimming pool and cinema could be yours for £1.4 million.
The Geordie Shore star began renovating the property in Houghton le Spring in 2020, updating fans on its transformation and design on Instagram page The Crosby Manor.
She shared the five-bedroom home with fiance Jake Ankers and two-year-old daughter Alba Jean.
It boasts four bathrooms, a gym area, and even a cinema room for the film fans among us.
Huge windows and the master bedroom’s personal balcony let you take in views of the enormous garden, before taking a dip in the home’s swimming pool.
It has a huge open-plan kitchen with marble worktops and even its own bar.

An advert on Fine and Country estate agents reads: ‘Nestled behind private gates, this extraordinary property has been meticulously transformed with a stunning contemporary design and luxurious finishes.
‘Spanning three beautifully light-filled floors, this impressive home offers spacious and well-proportioned accommodation, perfect for modern family living.
‘Located in the sought-after area of Primrose Hill in Houghton-le-Spring, this magnificent residence boasts five bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool, gym area, cinema room, and a large, landscaped garden.
‘The double garage and expansive parking offers substantial space for multiple cars. There is so much to explore and admire in this remarkable home.’

The home was previously broken into by masked robbers while Charlotte was inside with her two-year-old daughter.
While the reality TV star and her daughter are now safe, Charlotte, who is pregnant with her second child, shared that she is struggling to get her firstborn to settle after the terrifying ordeal.
Sharing a post on Instagram, she wrote: ‘She’s not settled well since being back, I don’t know whether that’s because she’s been away with us and we’ve all been together constantly or whether it’s just because she’s a little scared in the house since what happened.
‘She’s stuck so close to both our sides when we have been home and it’s really not like her. She’s normally running wild playing with all her toys.

‘I’m a little worried about her and fully preparing myself for another night by her side settling her when she wakes.
‘That girl is honestly my life, I’ll just do anything to make her feel settled and safe.’
Charlotte also shared the impact everything has had on her personally, writing: ‘It was my first day off in a while. I’ve been absolutely knackered.
‘My eyes sting from having a little cry. And it’s gotten even colder!’
She concluded by saying she’s ‘praying for some peace and calm’ ahead of giving birth to baby number two.
