Ukrainian air defense destroyed 65 out of 111 drones launched by Russia during an overnight attack. A third of the drones caused damage in the regions of Kharkiv, Sumy, Odessa, and Donetsk. Meanwhile, Kyiv has accused Moscow of committing a “war crime” during its weekend attack in Kharkiv. President Volodymyr Zelensky called for a strong response from Western allies to these ongoing attacks, which he said not only target Ukraine’s civilians but also undermine international and diplomatic efforts to bring about an end to the conflict.
